We have 7 living generations and 5 of them are in today’s workplace. What does our emerging leaders of Gen Zs and Millennials desire above all from the workplace? Answer: A place of continual learning, inclusion and belonging. When we intentionally provide this environment we are well-positioned to attract them to our talent pool and at the same time set them up to succeed and drive organization’s profitability. Win/Win!
